Thanks For Stopping By
I am glad you are here. Please feel free to have a look around.
I've been a work-at-home, stay-at-home mother for most of my adult life. Though it hasn't always been easy, I feel truly blessed to have had the opportunity to watch my children grow up, and still be able to do something for myself. Earning money from home has helped our family in so many ways....
But when my children grew up and no longer needed me to be around full-time, I found my part-time status as a WAHM to be unfulfilling. That's when my husband suggested that I start creating more art, more crafts, more "creative stuff".
So I did... and that's when it happened!
The creative bug took hold of me and there was no turning back...
Today, I have the honor of interviewing some amazing artists, I get to work with creative individuals on a for-hire basis, and I get to share my art and my crafts with strangers who have become wonderful acquaintances and dear friends!
Truth-be-told, I've always been a creative soul, and though I am no Van Gogh, I am really honored to be able to sell my works, gift them, and just enjoy the process of creating with my hands!
But enough about me...
If you are an artist looking for a little media coverage, drop me an email and I'll see what I can do about finding a Q&A spot for you in an upcoming Empty Easel issue or on The Dabbling Mum via their "Originals Under $100" series or their "Studio 5" series (a peek inside your art studio).
If you're looking for coverage for your art-related product or service, I'd be happy to feature your company and/or product on the DM Speaks review and interview blog.
The blog post (i.e. your coverage) would also be mentioned via a brief blog post on my blogs over at Martha Stewart's Dreamers Into Doers, Creating The Hive, and Tumblr. Then I'd linked to it via Facebook, Twitter, and FriendFeed.
If, on the other hand, you still have some questions about using your blog to its fullest potential, send me your concerns and I'll try to cover some of those topics in one of my Empty Easel columns!
I am available for hire as an artist's helper.
I would welcome the opportunity to work with you in the area of:
