Shop Policy Regarding Hand Painted Vases
Shipping & Handling
All orders are shipped using USPS priority mail packaging with delivery confirmation. This costs a little more but the less time your order is in transit, the less likely it will break or become damaged.
All orders are packaged with bubble wrap or other cushion-like material.
All orders are shipped on Fridays by noon. Therefore, if you place your order on Friday after noon, it will be shipped the following Friday.
Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving the item―at your cost.
You will then receive a reimbursement for the item(s) returned, less the cost of shipping
and handling―what it cost us to deliver the item to you.
About These Hand Painted Vases
Each vase starts out as a recycled jar or bottle that has been washed and stripped clean of all labels.
They are then coated with gesso and molding paste and left to dry for 24 hours before being painted.
After the paint has dried, each vases is coated with semi-gloss varnish for protection.
After another 24 hours the vases are checked and coated with a second coat of varnish.
One-Of-A-Kind
Unless otherwise stated, each piece is an original, one-of-a-kind piece.
Imperfections Allowed
Because each vase is hand painted and hand created, you will find imperfections. Most people believe these imperfections add charm and
character to the piece. Imperfections may consist of small cracks in plaster from air drying (which are sealed with varnish), irregular
lines, and so forth.
Hand Wash Only
While each vase can hold water for floral arrangements they should not be submerged in water or placed in a dishwasher.
Please rinse and towel dry immediately.
Not For Consumption
Although each vase originated from a container that held eatable or drinkable items they should not be used for food or beverage consumption in their altered states.
Image Coloring
Please note that photos do not show true depth of layers or texture and colors may vary depending on monitor calibrations.
